OneDrive - how to upload and share files
In order to get your video of the One Voice session to us, you need to use a file sharing software package called One Drive. This is a Microsoft system – many of you may already have it on your phone.
If you don’t, please go to the app store on your device and download it.
When it’s installed, you will need to upload your video clip onto One Drive.
The first step is to upload your video.
To upload your video via Android or iOS:

In the OneDrive app, tap at the top of the screen.

Then tap to Take a photo, Scan a document, Create a folder or Upload a file or photo.

Select Upload and then select the video file that you wish to send
To upload your video via a Windows device:

In the OneDrive app, in the folder where you want the files or photos added, select Upload.

Select Files if you are uploading individual files, or Folder if you're uploading a folder and all of its contents.
Once your video is uploaded, you will need to share with Women in Defence UK.
To share your video via Android or iOS:

In the OneDrive app, select the file or folder you want to share (press and hold to select it).

Tap Share > Invite people.

At Add people to share with, enter womenindefenceuk@outlook.com.

Tap Send . We will get an email message with a link to the document.
To share your video via a Windows device:

Select the file or folder you want to share, then tap Share > Invite people.

Under Invite people, enter womenindefenceuk@outlook.com

Tap OK . The recipients get an email message with a link to the document.
What will we do with your video?
We are gathering the video clips so that we can send them to RADA to compile into a ‘tiled’ style video of all those taking part in the recording. We will use this video on our social media, on our website and at events. If you do not want to be part of this video, or do not give us permission to use the video as detailed, please do not send your video to us.
When the ‘tiled’ style video has been created, we will delete all of the individual clips sent to us. RADA have undertaken to do the same.
