Outstanding Contribution Award Finalist: Captain Emma Holt (The Army)

I am an Army Reservist working as the Second in Command for the Materials Specialist Team of Royal Engineers. Tasks are challenging, varied and I’m proud to work with such clever, adaptable people who deserve recognition for their roles.

My nomination for the Women in Defence Outstanding Contribution came as a surprise, I’ve just being doing the job my way. After meeting the other inspiring nominees, hearing about their situations, projects and achievements brought about by diversity in the workplace, being shortlisted was completely unexpected.
