Women in Defence UK has made a concentrated effort to make defence a better place in which people can work, learn and thrive since it launched as a LinkedIn group in 2011. It’s grown to be a community of more than 11,000 individuals all working in defence of the nation who are passionate about equality of opportunity. Women in Defence UK will benefit directly from Women in Defence Career, supporting it in delivery of activities and its continued growth.

To shed light on these issues and create some proper and actionable dialogue, WomenInDefence.Careers is thrilled to announce the launch of WiDChatter, a new podcast dedicated to exploring the intersection of diversity, recruitment, and process challenges in the defence world.
