The Women in Defence Charter was launched to improve gender balance in the defence sector, both public and private.
Governance
The Women in Defence Charter has two levels of governance. The first level is the Women in Defence Charter Steering Board and the second level is the Work Packages.
The Steering Board sets the strategic direction of the Charter. Work Packages take the guidance and draft strategic objectives and develop plans to deliver them within their area of responsibility.
To join a work package, please email womenindefenceuk@outlook.com stating your name and the work package you would like to join.
Please see below for more information on the Steering Board and the Work Packages.
