The Governance
The Women in Defence Charter has two levels of governance.
The first level is the Women in Defence Charter Steering Board
The second level is the Work Packages.
The Steering Board sets the strategic direction of the Charter. Work Packages take the guidance and draft strategic objectives and develop plans to deliver them within their area of responsibility.
