This is reflected in our recruitment strategy which sees us attract high-performing talent passionate about what they do. We also provide an inclusive, engaging work environment designed to empower employees and promote work-life success. Our Employee Resource Groups play an integral role in achieving this; high-energy, voluntary, employee-led groups that bring people from all backgrounds together under a shared goal.

WE3, which stands for women who strive for empowering, enhancing, and encouraging other women, is a leading example of this. The UK Chapter of WE3 provides women across our UK businesses access to local support and guidance, and by working closely with male allies enables them to raise their profile within the wider corporation.

A key part of our mission is our proactive work with Women in Defence, both as a Franklin sponsor and Charter signatory. Together we are proud to progress our joint diversity, equity and inclusion agenda to make the defence industry a great place for women to grow professionally and personally.
