Now in our fourth year of partnership driving diversity change is not nice to have, its business critical. We are committed to foster inclusive workplace environments that allow all women to succeed.
The defence industry is critical to our business, where we are fortunate to be delivering some of the most innovative and mission critical support to our front lines. Building a diverse and inclusive workforce enables us to strengthen our design, delivery and approach.

The partnership with Women in Defence UK enable us to strive for gender equality in the sector through our participation in workshops and our support of the annual awards which shines a spotlight on those key role models who are making a difference in defence.
