Katharine Sealy, Managing Director, National Security Solutions Business Unit, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Europe
Katharine Sealy is currently the Managing Director for the National Security Solutions (NSS) Business Unit within Mission Systems Europe. In this role she is responsible for scaling Mission Systems’ business within the UK market, addressing both traditional Defence and Cyber & Intelligence customer sets. Mission Systems is the lead sector in the UK and the NSS business also provides a landing point in the UK for other Northrop Grumman sectors.
Katharine has worked in various roles within Northrop Grumman in the UK, joining the business in 2013 within the Sperry Marine subsidiary before moving to NSS in 2016 in the post of Commercial Director. Katharine has strong experience of optimising teams to position them for growth and improving business practice within organisations.
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Katharine trained in commercial management with Rolls-Royce, working in their Defence Aerospace business in the UK and on an international secondment to Spain. Katharine’s undergraduate degree is in English Literature and she completed a Law conversion course (Graduate Diploma in Law) during her early career.
