Louise Donaghey, UK Aero Fleet Programs Director, Rolls Royce
Louise Donaghey is the Director for UK Aero Fleet Programs with accountability for EJ200, RB199, TP400 and MRTT programs. She leads these multiple engine programs providing innovative power and propulsion services for Aerospace customers across the globe.
During her more than 25-year career Louise has served in the Royal Air Force and worked for BAE Systems and Rolls-Royce in both the Civil and Defence Businesses. Throughout her career she has held leadership positions in Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, Sales, Government Relations and Business Development. She has led teams in the UK, US, Europe, Africa, India and SE Asia for those businesses.
Louise holds a First Class Honors in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University and is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
She is married with two teenage children and has a black belt in Freestyle Kickboxing.
