Newton is very glad to support Women in Defence and their activities to encourage and inspire women who work in the defence sector. We recognise that it is going to take the deliberate and combined efforts of individuals, employers and organisations such as Women in Defence, to improve gender equity in the defence sector. We are very glad to be part of that effort and journey.
