Serco is proud to have been an active partner of Women in Defence UK and a Women in Defence Charter signatory since 2019. The Women in Defence Awards are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the incredible achievements of women and teams working across the length and breadth of the defence industry.

As a signatory of the UK Government’s Women in Defence Charter, we are driving change to increase female representation at all levels of our Defence business.

We have made significant strides in female representation in Defence, but we know there is always more to do. We will continue to fight for true gender equity in the Defence sector.
