Donna Sinnick, 
Chief Transformation Delivery Officer, Babcock

With nearly three decades of Defence experience, Donna is Babcock’s Chief Transformation Delivery Officer. 

Leading globally across Delivery and Transformation, Project Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, Engineering, Cyber Security and IT.

Before joining Babcock, Donna held senior roles in aerospace and defence, including Vice President of Programme Management and Air-to-Air Refuelling platforms. Alongside her Executive Committee responsibilities, Donna serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Babcock Forces Community Network (BFCN), championing inclusion and support for veterans, reservists and the wider Armed Forces community across Babcock.
