Ren Kapur MBE is a social entrepreneur, policy adviser and founder of X-Forces Enterprise, the UK’s leading organisation for enterprise and start-up skills within the Armed Forces community. With a lifelong passion for the Armed Forces, she was appointed a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves in 2017 and is currently serving as High Sheriff of the Royal County of Berkshire 2026/27.
